Current Responsibilities
Mr. Wilhelmi has been with JLL his entire career, ever since graduating from the University of Georgia nearly 15 years ago. He specializes in tenant representation and multi-location portfolio strategy. Together with his team he focuses on providing representation and consultation services to local, national and international companies in order to assist in optimizing their real estate portfolios.
Mr. Wilhelmi draws resources from JLL's extensive service lines and strong local market capabilities to ensure that his clients are well equipped and informed on each and every real estate decision.
Experience and Accomplishments
Mr. Wilhelmi has worked in a number of divisions including the Brokerage Group and Work Dynamics. He spent the first five years of his career at our global headquarters in Chicago, IL working in multiple capacities including Analyst, Senior Analyst and Transaction Manager. During that time, he was exposed to many of the firm’s high-profile global clients where he was responsible for creating strategy and ensuring their successful execution.
Since moving to Atlanta, he has been a part of JLL Atlanta’s Brokerage Division for over ten years. During that time, he has spent roughly half of his time focusing on locally based clients and the balance of his time on multi-location portfolio clients.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Wilhelmi graduated with a bachelor’s degrees in both Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He has worked with The Atlanta Mission, Habitat for Humanity and is an honorary board member for the Special Olympics of Georgia.
