​Current responsibilities

Lisa Kiell is an International Director for JLL's Tenant Representation Group in New York.  She is responsible for planning and implementing transaction strategies for a wide range of clients with a focus on law firm, technology and financial services clients. 

She also leads the Women's Group in New York for JLL, focusing on the retention and promotion of future leaders. 

Experience
Lisa has extensive experience providing strategic and implementation services to clients developing and executing real estate strategies. 

She specializes in the New York City Metropolitan area. Her clients include Microsoft, White & Case, BNYM, Piper Jaffray, Morgan Lewis, Medidata Solutions, Reed Smith, BBC, DLA Piper, O'Melveny & Myers, Foley & Lardner, Indeed, TriNet, Cisco Systems, United Health Group, IMS Health, Toyota, Kirkland & Ellis, Frederick W. Cook & Co., NYC HDC, Dress Barn/Ascena Retail Group, Huron Consulting, Quantcast, Wenner Media, ACC, Hilton, and Blake Cassels.  

Lisa joined JLL in 1995, successor by merger to The Galbreath Company. Prior to that she worked in real estate development /leasing for LCOR in Jersey City, NJ and as an auditor for PriceWaterhouse Coopers (successor by merger to Coopers & Lybrand).

Education
Lisa has a Master of Science in real estate development from New York University and bachelor of business administration in Accounting from Emory University. 

She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York as well as a licensed salesperson in both New York and New Jersey.

She is on the Executive Committee and Secretary of the Board of the Jewish Community Center in Manhattan, Leasing Committee of Real Estate Board of New York and WX.  ​
