Based in Charlotte, Lindsay’s primary focus is retail tenant representation inthe Southeast. She specializes in the site selection and overall development of multi-market expansion strategies for her National and Regional retail clients.
Experience
Lindsay has over 15 years of experience in retail brokerage. Prior to joining JLL, Lindsay worked for Collett and Katz and Associates, specializing in retail agency leasingand tenant representation. She assisted a variety of local, regional and national tenants in all aspects of their site selection process. Responsibilities included identifying off market opportunities, negotiations , analysis of market rents and retail trends, building broker and landlord relationships, and leading site tours. Lindsay also worked with Landlords and Developers on the strategic merchandising and leasing of shopping centers and outparcel developments for single tenant and multi-tenant buildings.

Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Society at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She holds a real estate license in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina.
