Current Responsibilities
Leigh Martin has been representing his clients and solving for their commercial real estate needs for over 36 years along with his long-time partners Wendy McArthur and Brooke Gothard. He and his team specialize in tenant representation and consultation related to all types of commercial properties and with specific expertise in the area of office space, data centers and colocation facilities. His team’s services include lease and sale transactions, strategic advisory services, site selection and consulting.

Leigh’s experience, having worked through several real estate cycles, and his creative, consultative approach have positioned him as both a valuable strategic advisor for his clients and a highly respected professional within the industry.
Leigh served as President of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors in 2000 and was named "Commercial Realtor of the Year" in 2001. Other notable accomplishments include the Top Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors multiple years, the Phoenix Award in 1997, The President's Award in 1998, The Silver Phoenix Award in 2017 and a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.
