Current Responsibilities
Lee Winter is a Senior Vice President responsible for tenant representation and providing strategic real estate advisory services to JLL’s corporate clients. With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience in Tampa Bay, Lee brings considerable local market knowledge and expertise in complex deal structures to the JLL team. His personal transactions have exceeded $1 billion.

Experience
Prior to joining JLL in 2008, Lee was First Vice President at CB Richard Ellis’ Tampa Office from 2003 to 2008. His primary responsibilities included assisting tenants with strategic real estate planning, lease acquisitions, lease renewals and early lease re-structure, as well as property acquisitions and dispositions. Lee advised his clients on single transaction strategic plans as well as national/multi-market transactions.

Prior to CBRE, he was a Director with the Paragon Group Property Services, Inc. which was later purchased by Insignia/ESG in 1996. While with Paragon, he oversaw the leasing, management and construction for their Florida properties.

Prior to Paragon, he was Director of Leasing for Collier Enterprises, where he was responsible for leasing, marketing and management in the Tampa Bay market. In Tampa Bay, this consisted of 2.8 million square feet of office and service center space. He also has considerable experience in building and land sales. One of his high-profile transactions was the sale of the JP Morgan Chase 43 acre site and their 135,000 SF office building located in the Westshore Business District. Lee was awarded the NAIOP Broker Deal of the Year Award when he represented Walter Industries in their 80,000 square foot relocation lease of their headquarters, along with the disposition of their 200,000 square foot former headquarters, in Tampa.

Education and Affiliations
Lee is a graduate of University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance. He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Lee’s professional and civic affiliations include current Board Member of the Gracepoint Foundation, Board and past President of the University of South Florida Athletic Association as well as past Board Member of the USF Alumni Association, past Chairman of the Committee of 100 Business Retention/ Expansion Committee, former Board of Directors of the Westshore Alliance, past Board Member of Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club, past President of Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce.
