Current Responsibilities
Lee Ann Brinkman is Vice President for the Northern Virginia Agency Leasing team at JLL. She is responsible for assisting with the financial performance of JLL’s 21.8 million square foot portfolio of assets in Northern Virginia.
Experience
Lee has over seven years of experience in Commercial Real Estate (CRE) in the DC Metro region where she has gained a multitude of knowledge on all fronts of the CRE business. Prior to joining JLL in 2020, Lee was a Leasing Associate at Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC) assisting with the financial performance of COPT’s 3 million square foot portfolio of assets in Northern Virginia. Lee’s commercial real estate experience is broad; she got her start in the CRE industry while employed at Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) where she worked in various positions and departments including Property Management, Marketing, Leasing and Development/Investments.
Education and Affiliations
Lee obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate in 2014 from The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. In 2018, she received her Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate with a specialization in Finance/Development from Georgetown University, School of Continuing Studies. Lee obtained her VA Salespersons license in 2019.
She is heavily involved in both professional and charitable organizations in the DC Metro region. She is an active member of CREBA DC, YREP DC, and CREW DC, serving on both the Community Action and 35&U Committees. Lee is also involved with the Developing Leaders program for NAIOP VA, serves on the Auction Committee for Lombardi Women, and is a Board Member of Friends of Lombardi.
