Current responsibilities
Lee's primary responsibilities at JLL include assisting clients with site selection, lease negotiations, acquisition and disposition services. Lee opened the JLL Charleston office in 2014 and now leads a team of eight brokerage and project management services professionals.
Previous experience
Lee joined JLL in 2009. Since joining, Lee has played a major role in more than $400,000,000 in industrial and office transactions with a particular focus on North and South Carolina. In 2015 and 2016, Lee worked on three of South Carolina's largest real estate transactions, including a Nasdaq traded company's new headquarters, a land sale for a major automotive manufacturing project, and a $100MM distribution center. Lee is a member of the JLL Port and Global Infrastructure Team and the Supply Chain & Logistics Services Team. He has recently represented companies such as WestRock, DuPont, Owens Corning, Rite Aid, Under Armour, Yusen Logistics, Waste Management, Clarion Partners, Commercial Metals, GE Capital, Kaydon, among many others.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Lee worked for a privately held commercial real estate firm in Charleston, SC. Prior to his work in Charleston, Lee did consulting work for micro-finance institutions in Cameroon, Africa during a two year service as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
