Current Responsibilities:
Lauren’s competitive spirit paired with her passion for serving others gives her a unique advantage that sets her apart from her peers. Lauren’s leadership and communication skills bring clients comfort which leads to long term relationship building. A strong background in finance helps bring numbers to back strategy. She specializes in tenant representation, strategy development, relocation, renewal, expansions and dispositions, corporate restructuring of real estate portfolios, energy-related entities and law firms.
Experience:
Lauren started her JLL career as an intern with the Office Tenant Rep group in 2021. She brings experience from leading the leasing and marketing for a student housing complex at Texas A&M University, where she handled strategy and analyzing lease reports for occupancy and renewals. Now she is part of a unique team comprised of Chad Baker, Matt Sanderson, and Amanda Sanderson and is engaging in all respects with both existing and prospective clients with their support and mentorship.
