Current Responsibilities
Lauren Perry, Vice President - Agency Leasing at JLL Dallas is responsible for strategic positioning of ground up commercial office development projects and lease up execution of single and multi-tenant office & medical office properties throughout the metroplex. Lauren has been recognized by DCEO Magazine as a DFW Power Broker both in 2022 & 2016, and by JLL as a firm Top Achiever in 2021, 2022, & 2023, and honored as a CoStar Power Broker.
Lauren has been a licensed real estate professional for 14 years and earned her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2015. She was a Vice President at Peloton Commercial Real Estate for 7 years before it was acquired by JLL in 2019. Lauren has served on NTCAR’s YPF Board for 3 years and is active in Ladies in CRE. She spent some time in the Fort Worth industrial and office market with NAI Robert Lynn and Innovative Developers Inc. Current and former clients include: Kaizen Development Partners, Franklin Street Properties, Brookwood Financial, Lionstone Investments, Koa Partners, GE Capital, iStar, Medici Development, Long Wharf Capital, Crescent Real Estate, Foundry Commercial, Austin Industries, Spear Street Capital, and Preferred RE.
