Experience:
Lauren has been as a Transaction Manager on the Goldman Sachs account since January 2023. In this role, she develops and implements complex office real estate strategies across the Americas including lease consolidations/relocations, renewals, early terminations, and dispositions. Previously, Lauren served as a Transaction Manager on the UnitedHealth Group account where she executed a high volume of lease transactions nationally.
Prior to her role as a TM, Lauren was a Vice President of JLL’s Tenant Representation Brokerage team in South Florida. Over eight years, Lauren closed 1.5M+ SF of lease transactions including expansions, consolidations, and relocations for local and national tenants in Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade counties. Lauren joined the brokerage team as a Financial Analyst in 2013. Lauren began her career with JLL in 2010 as a Project Manager on the HSBC account in New York City.
