Laura is a member of the Dowling-Bracco Team of JLL, a 10-person commercial real estate brokerage team covering the San Francisco North Bay markets. Laura and her team specialize in both the leasing and sale of Office, Industrial and Land properties. Laura prides herself on her ability to create customized real estate strategies for her Tenant clients during the site selection and lease negotiation process. She partners with her clients to ensure their real estate needs are being carefully aligned with the firm’s long term growth plans in the marketplace, with a major focus on reducing their occupancy costs and increasing space efficiencies. For her Landlord clients, Laura enlists JLL’s vast technology-driven array of marketing tools, the firm’s global exposure capabilities, and her team’s extensive local market knowledge to create best-in-class marketing campaigns for property owners. They consistently know that Laura and her team are able to maximize the current value of their asset, while simultaneously positioning it for long-term strength and flexibility in an ever-changing economy. Laura is also intricately involved in several sale transactions annually, with experience representing both Buyers and Sellers. While consistently growing her own book of sales business, Laura assists her managing directors in the site selection, underwriting and contract negotiation process for many of the team’s long-standing clientele. They range from Fortune 500 firms, institutional ownership groups and small to mid-sized local businesses looking to expand or relocate.
Education and Affiliations
Laura graduated from Sonoma State University in 2005 with degrees in Business Administration and Spanish Language. Laura is an active member of the Sonoma, Napa and Petaluma Chambers of Commerce, as well as a member of the Sonoma Valley Chapter of PolkaDot Powerhouse Women’s Business Networking group.
