Current responsibilities
Laura Beebe serves as the COO on the JPMorgan Chase Account responsible for leveraging account synergies and optimizing performance to drive global operating efficiency. Primary areas of focus include risk and compliance, governance, performance management, staff optimization and account profitability and growth.The role works across all service lines, business support groups and regions to ensure the account is well coordinated across a team of 1200 staff in 48 countries.

Prior to this role, Laura served as Regional Project Director working as the Central Region Lead based in Chicago. In this role she provided advisory services focused on all aspects of project management delivery (people, strategy, communication, reporting tools and processes) and ensured her regional project management clients had the right resources. She drove innovation and improvement by sharing best practices across accounts and was responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.    

Before the RPD role, Laura served as Retail Program Execution Director for JLL on the Bank of America account managing a team of between 50 – 130 staff. She had overall responsibility for the Bank's Retail Program which includes New Stores, Major Renovations, Initiatives, ATM's, and revenue generation for over 5,800 banking centers and 13,000 ATMs.

Laura brings a diverse background in the real estate industry, having run operations for a global team, performed transaction work, run large scale development and construction projects, and overseen a large team of Project Managers in the retail domain. Her outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task combined with a keen commitment to flawless process and execution make her an asset to any team.

Laura has more than 25 years of real estate and project management experience.  Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, she was a Project Manager for General Services Administration having responsibility for the administration and management of federal new construction and renovation projects with budgets up to $90,000,000. Her duties included project planning through design, procurement, construction and move in. 

Prior to her tenure as a project manager, Laura was a Tenant Representative/Leasing Agent for GSA where she developed tenant requirements, conducted market surveys,  wrote request for proposals, negotiated lease terms, and oversaw and coordinated space build-out, blueprint revisions, and tenant moves.

Laura has a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.

She is a former Leader of the Project and Development Services Diversity and Inclusion Council. She served on the JLL Women’s Network Board of Directors from 2012 - 2015. 

In addition, Laura has been the Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry since 2011.
