Current responsibilities:
Laura Beebe serves as the Americas Project and Development Services COO and Global Operations Director. As Global PDS Operations Lead, she connects Operations to the three regional businesses (AM, EMEA, APAC) to ensure alignment and end-to-end connectivity of services from inception through design, construction and occupancy.
As the Americas Chief Operating Officer for JLL’s Project and Development Services business, Laura has oversight of project management strategy and delivery. PDS delivers projects across four main categories—Consult, Design, Manage, Build—understanding that clients need more than projects delivered on time and on budget. She focuses on outcomes that are critical to client’s business goals, while maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
Prior to her existing role, Laura served as the Americas Project and Development Services Lead for JLL’s Work Dynamics service line. In this capacity, she provided leadership to global corporate clints providing a full scope of project delivery types, managing over $22 billion in annual construction spend.
Laura also spent time as COO on the JPMorgan Chase Account responsible for leveraging account synergies and optimizing performance to drive global operating efficiency. Primary areas of focus included risk and compliance, governance, performance management, staff optimization and account profitability and growth.
Education:
Laura has a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.

Laura has been an Executive Sponsor of JLL’s Building Pride Business Network since 2020 and is an active participant in JLL’s Business Resource Groups. She serves on the Board of Directors for Cara Collective which engages job seekers, employers, and other organizations across the country to break the cycle of poverty through the power and purpose of employment. Working to reduce hunger in our community, Laura was Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry from 2011 to 2017.
