Current responsibilities
As a member of JLL’s tenant representation team, Mr. Toon brings tremendous experience in negotiations, strategic planning, management, marketing, and a unique insight and commitment to client service. He is a proven leader that consummated millions of square feet of transactions for his corporate clients.
Experience
In the past 30 years, Mr. Toon has successfully negotiated in excess of $1 billion worth of real estate transactions, saving his clients millions in the process.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Toon earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. In his real estate career, he has received the following awards:
• JLL Top Gun and Top Achiever (multiple)
• JLL “Wolf Pack” Award
• Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitters” List and “Best Deals” (multiple)
Over the years, Mr. Toon has been involved in several service organizations in Dallas. He is currently a board member of The Elizabeth Toon Charities.
