Current responsibilities:
Landry Shive is a member of JLL’s Data Center Solutions Transaction Advisory team. He is responsible for the financial modeling of colocation data center transactions as well as site selection for future data center development. Landry belongs to a broader team of tenant representation brokers specializing in the data center industry.
Experience:
Landry has facilitated transactions for Vanguard Mutual Funds, Blue Cross Blue Shield, USAA, Labcorp, and athenahealth, along with several other firms across a variety of industries.
Education and affiliations:
Landry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas.
