Current responsibilities:
Kyle Riker is an Associate in JLL’s New York office. He focuses on tenant representation and new business development across the world. For tenant representation, Mr. Riker provides advisory services to a variety of clients across multiple industries, including financial services, insurance, law, media, technology, creative, and information services.
Experience:
Kyle has six years of real estate experience. He has expertise in developing occupancy scenarios, defining space needs, evaluating and underwriting strategic options and negotiating leases. Kyle specializes in transaction structuring for relocations, renewals, expansions, extensions and dispositions. Prior to joining Brokerage, Kyle held a Senior Analyst role on the Research team in JLL’s New York City office.
