Current responsibilities

Kyle Riker is an Executive Vice President in JLL’s New York office. He focuses on tenant representation and new business development across the world. For tenant representation, Kyle provides advisory services to a variety of clients across multiple industries and works with JLL’s National Technology/Media Practice based in New York. Kyle assists companies from early-stage start-ups receiving their initial funding to global corporations, in addition to asset management and banking institutions.

Experience

Kyle has over nine years of real estate experience. He has expertise in developing occupancy scenarios, defining space needs, evaluating and underwriting strategic options and negotiating leases. Kyle specializes in transaction structuring for relocations, renewals, expansions, extensions and dispositions. Prior to joining JLL Brokerage, Kyle was a Senior Analyst on the Research team in JLL’s New York City office.
