Current responsibilities

Kyle Harding is a Managing Director in JLL’s Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) group. He has 15 years of experience advising corporate clients on strategic real estate planning to deliver scalable, flexible solutions and significant cost savings/avoidance.

Kyle is responsible for a broad range of transaction types including strategic planning for site-specific or portfolio-wide assignments; lease renewals, restructures, dispositions and relocations; build-to-suits for lease and purchase, and sale-leasebacks.

Additionally, Kyle is a co-leader of JLL’s Contact Center Solutions practice group, which provides technology and consultation for third-party and corporate contact center requirements including location strategy, site selection, transaction management and construction.  The Contact Center Solutions team combines real estate expertise with labor intelligence to develop solutions that align operational and workforce requirements with locations that best support business and talent acquisition strategies.

Kyle is also engaged in furthering JLL's commitment to innovation through our Leadership Council Advisory Board (LCAB), a group of nominated professionals that advise, influence and provide feedback to the JLL Leadership Council on important issues. LCAB is a two-year commitment where Kyle was a member of the in 2017 and 2018.  In 2019, Kyle was nominated by his peers to serve as the LCAB President which includes participation in JLL’s Brokerage Leadership Council.  During his time on the LCAB, he was co-chair of the board's Technology Committee and invested significant time developing the Broker of the Future concept within JLL.

Education and affiliations

Kyle received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Indiana University Kelly School of Business in Bloomington, Indiana. Currently, he’s a Congressional Club Member of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and member of the AJC- Marshall Society. In his spare time, Kyle will race triathlons, golf, and give back to the community by volunteering. He also helps his wife with her furniture business, enjoys spending time with his two-year-old daughter and occasionally experiments with new barbeque techniques.
