Kyle Butler is a Director in the Orlando office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. Before his arrival to Central Florida to expand JLL’s presence in the region, Kyle spent six years in the JLL Chicago office working throughout the Midwest. He originally joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition in 2019 and has seven years of experience in multifamily, including investment sales, debt placement, and equity placement. His primary focus is to represent private and institutional commercial real estate owners for the successful disposition of multifamily assets throughout Central and North Florida. Since joining the firm in March 2017, Kyle has been involved in the disposition of $1.2 billion of multifamily assets.
Before joining HFF, Kyle worked for PwC in Chicago as a Deals Associate. He performed financial valuations of business enterprises, business interests, private equity, and various asset types for large public and privately held businesses.
