Current responsibilities:
Based in Walnut Creek, Kristin manages the Northern California Industrial Research team which collects and reports quarterly market statistics, creates whitepapers on market trends, and represents Research in client meetings.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Kristin served as an Intelligence Officer in the World’s Greatest Navy. While serving, she developed a deep appreciation for leadership, and the importance of mentorship in building a successful team. She also worked as a Department of Defense contractor with all military branches as a Geospatial-Intelligence Analyst. This is where she honed her analysis and mapping skills.
Education and affiliations:
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Conservation from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She is a member of JLL’s Building Pride, Women’s Business Network (WBN), and Veteran’s Network (VetNet) BRGs.
Outside interests:
During her free time, Kristin enjoys sailing, fishing, riding her Triumph Bonneville, and spending time with her family.
