Current Responsibilities
Based in Los Angeles, California, Kristin works with Landlords to customize leasing strategies that maximize a property’s full potential. Kristin elevates merchandising with the most relevant National and Regional Tenants in order to generate traffic, increase sales and drive NOI at a property. Kristin has established strong relationships with National Retailers and with brokerage communities throughout the U.S. and Southern California.
Experience
Kristin has extensive deal making experience with high-end properties, malls, lifestyle centers, street retail and redevelopments projects (including the high-profile Redevelopments of Manhattan Village in Manhattan Beach, California and Alderwood Mall in Seattle, Washington). Prior to joining JLL, Kristin served as Director of Leasing for General Growth Properties and practiced real estate law. Kristin has successfully leased projects throughout the U.S. and negotiated deals with prominent Retailers and Restaurants such as Apple, lululemon, Anthropologie, Faherty, Warby Parker, BOA, Sushi Roku and many more.
Education and Affiliations
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the American Bar Association.
