Career Summary
Kristi Childers joins JLL after 9 years in corporate commercial real estate where she grew and managed a portfolio of over 35 properties and 500,000 sf of office space in Northern California. Kristi has been passionate about working with a wide range of companies including startups and Fortune 500 companies, helping them leverage their real estate to help attract and retain talent, cultivate company culture and focus on the health & wellness of their teams. She works with a wide range of clients including professional services, R&D, life science and technology companies. Her expertise in both R&D and office has helped her clients as they navigate the changing needs of businesses as they grow.

Education and affiliations
Kristi earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA where she majored in Political Science and Public Policy.

Kristi is a native of Oakland and actively involved in the Oakland Metro community. She serves on the Board for 2.Oakland and runs the East Bay Chapter of JLL Women's Executives, a group that brings together women business leaders throughout the East Bay. She is involved in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, her children's school, coaches for Lamorinda Youth Association, and serves on the Board of her swim club.

Kristi was born and raised in the East Bay where she lives with her husband and 4 boys.
