Kristen Stigler is a Senior Associate for JLL’s Office Tenant Representation group in Atlanta. Kristen’s main responsibilities include working with tenants to make intelligent real estate decisions, focusing on workplace strategy, occupancy planning, market analysis and lease review/negotiations – saving her client’s time and money while mitigating risk. She and her team represent a variety of clients from startups to professional service firms and multi-market corporate accounts. Kristen is focused on helping her clients align their real estate and office requirements with their business and growth goals.
Experience and Accomplishments
Kristen began her career at JLL in 2015 when she was selected to intern for JLL’s Office Tenant Representation group. Since then she was hired full time as an Anlayst and subsequently transitioned into an Associate role. Her responsibilities included transaction management, collaborating with senior brokers to develop client deliverables, and providing a comprehensive overview of real estate decisions through financial modeling and analysis.
Education and Affiliations
Kristen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Georgia’s Honors Program with a degree in Real Estate where she was a member of Delta Zeta and the Real Estate Society.
Kristen currently serves as the President of JLL’s Womens’ Business Network, the Events Co-Chair for NextOnBoard, and leads a bible study group through Buckhead Church.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys exploring Atlanta’s food scene, trying new workout classes, traveling, and learning to cook & bake new things.
