Current responsibilities
Koley is Managing Director for the Aviation Business Unit of JLL’s Industrial Division. In this role, Koley is responsible for growing JLL capabilities and expertise across airlines, airports, and aerospace.
A 25-year industry veteran, Koley is recognized as one of JLL’s strongest, most strategic real estate partners with experience across the full real estate life cycle. He is a proven leader in global account management & governance, transformation & change management, digitization, and driving global delivery models for everything from transactions and portfolio strategy to operations & maintenance.
Executive Director, Delta Air Lines Account
Koley also serves as the Account Director for Delta Air Lines, with responsibility for real estate strategy and execution across 16M square feet of office, technical, industrial, and other critical space types, including Delta’s Headquarters Campus and Technical Operations Center in Atlanta; U.S. Sky Clubs and Customer Engagement Centers; and terminal operations at LaGuardia and Detroit airports. Under his leadership, JLL’s 400+ person team provides facility management, project management, engineering & critical environment operations, experience, communications, occupancy planning and move management services.

Account Director, Capital One Account
Koley served as the Account Director for Capital One’s office and mission critical Data Center portfolios, managing an integrated team of 380+ real estate professionals. Koley oversaw project management, facility management, engineering & critical environment operations, experience services, occupancy planning, move management, and lease administration operations for the client’s 10.1M SF (164 sites), portfolios throughout North America, Canada, and the UK.
Account Director, Citizens Bank Account
Koley was responsible for all on-account services including project management, facility management and lease administration for the client’s 7.8M SF (1,641 sites) retail and office portfolios.
Account Director, Royal Bank of Scotland Account
Koley held executive oversight for all on-account services including project management, facility management, lease administration and transactions for the client’s 1.2 M SF (26 sites) office portfolio.
Education and affiliations
Koley is a LEED Accredited Professional, a veteran of the Unites States Marine Corps (USMC), and a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Building Owner’s & Managers Association (BOMA) and the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Koley attended Arizona Western College and holds various technical certifications.
