Current Responsibilities:
Kodie is part of the Dallas/Fort Worth Brokerage team. As a member, she is responsible for representing both local and national corporate clients in facility site acquisitions and dispositions; new business development, market research, lease and sale negotiations, strategic marketing initiatives, and financial analysis.
Experience:
Prior to this role at JLL Dallas, Kodie was an Analyst in the JLL Industrial Brokerage team.
Education and Affiliations:
Kodie received her Bachelor of Science at The Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Tech Institute of Technology. She is a licensed salesperson with the Texas Real Estate Commission. Kodie is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and the Industrial Women in Real Estate. Hobbies include volleyball, staying active, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
