Commercial Real Estate Executive Joins JLL as East Bay Agency Lead
Knute Bucklew to lead landlord representation throughout the East Bay Area
In his new role, Bucklew will focus on growing JLL’s landlord-representation business throughout the East Bay and will sit on JLL’s National Agency Leadership Council.
Bucklew, a commercial real estate veteran, specializes in leasing and sales of office buildings and tenant representation. His areas of expertise include the development of strategic real estate planning, asset disposition, market research, trend analysis, and leverage negotiations. He has represented a vast client list including Rockpoint, Lowe Enterprises, Broadshore, Cigna, Rockwood Capital, Rialto Capital, Prudential, Harbert Management, Montgomery Advisors, First Republic Bank, and more.
