Kipper Worthington works alongside William Shell in the representation of tenants and owners, while specializing in maximizing leasing and sales opportunities for customers throughout the retail sector. Additionally, he focuses on targeting prospects through cold calling and strategic marketing.
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Worthington spent three years with Equitable Property Company, a local Nashville commercial brokerage firm. Throughout the duration of his career, he has been involved in over $50mm in commercial real estate transactions.
Education and Affiliations
Kipper holds a Bachelor of Science with distinction from the University of the South (2018). He is currently pursuing his CCIM designation and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
