A senior member of JLL’s brokerage services team in the Philadelphia marketplace, Kevin Maloney is regarded as one of the region’s most respected real estate experts, particularly within the office and flex asset classes. Kevin has more than 20 years of experience across a broad array of commercial real estate transactions providing him with a deep knowledge of the industry, where he is trusted by both occupiers and owners for his creative and market-defining advice, solutions, and insights across multiple asset classes throughout the northeast.
Kevin’s work has earned him recognition as a Costar Power Broker from 2017-2020 and several awards for notable transactions throughout the course of his career in which he has completed over 750 transactions. He has represented Santander Bank for a portfolio of more than 200 branch locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Janney Montgomery Scott for a national portfolio of over 100 advisory office locations. Other noteworthy clients include JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, WeWork, American Board of Internal Medicine, Parkway Properties, Nahla Capital, and Shorenstein Realty, to name a few. Prior to joining JLL, Kevin spent 18 years as Senior Vice President of Brokerage Services at CBRE, Inc.
Kevin is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Kevin graduated from the Catholic University of America and St. Joseph’s Preparatory School. He is a current member of the Philadelphia Emerald Society Pipe Band and the Union League of Philadelphia, and formerly served as President and Board Member for the Friendly Sons & Daughters of St. Patrick.
