Current Responsibilities:
Kevin Ziomek specializes in corporate tenant representation, advising clients on strategies to solve their complex real estate needs. Kevin has completed in excess of 20M SF of leasing transactions and over $2B in total lease value during his career. While he often assists high-growth companies with lease restructures, expansions, relocations, property acquisitions, and site selection, he also works with multi-site groups with both National and International portfolios. Many of Kevin’s clients are teams who seek to use their real estate strategically to build culture and attract/retain top talent in a competitive hiring environment.
Experience:
Kevin has been with JLL since 2017, specializing in Tenant Representation. Kevin has worked with a wide variety of clients, from local startup tech groups to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to JLL, Kevin played 4 seasons of professional baseball with the Detroit Tigers organization and was a 2nd Round Draft Pick out of Vanderbilt University. Kevin received All-American and All-SEC honors both on the field and in the classroom and was a team captain his junior season.
