Current Responsibilities:
Kevin Ziomek specializes in corporate tenant representation, advising clients on strategies to solve their complex real estate needs. He focuses on helping high growth companies with lease restructures, expansions, relocations, property acquisitions, and site selection. He also works with many multi-site groups with both National and International portfolios. Many of Kevin’s clients are companies who seek to use their real estate strategically to build culture and attract/retain top talent in a competitive market.
Experience:
Kevin has been with JLL for 6 years, specializing in Tenant Representation. Kevin has worked with a wide variety of clients, from local start up tech groups to Fortune 100 companies. Prior to JLL, Kevin played 4 seasons of professional baseball with the Detroit Tigers organization and was a 2nd Round Draft Pick out of Vanderbilt University. Kevin received All-American and All-SEC honors both on the field and in the classroom and was a team captain his junior season.
