Kevin Thobe is a Vice President of retail brokerage specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation, helping retail and investment clients maximize their productivity in his more than 14 years of retail real estate experience.
Prior to joining JLL, Kevin worked for Jeffrey R. Anderson Real Estate in Cincinnati, OH. During his time there, his assignments included various types of retail projects including Regional Malls, Lifestyle Centers, Urban Mixed-Use developments, Neighborhood Centers, Power Centers and College Campus developments.
Kevin has built strong relationships with an extensive roster of retail tenants and investors. He understands market dynamics, industry trends and consumer behaviors allowing him to analyze and develop a strategic approach for each client and project.
Kevin graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Marketing and a minor in Real Estate. He is an active member of the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Ohio and Kentucky.
