Kevin began his career in the commercial real estate industry in 1999 and is currently serving as the leader of the JLL Austin Agency Leasing team. With a sole focus on the vibrant Austin, Texas market, he brings his expertise to market and lease office properties on behalf of local and Institutional owners/REITs. Kevin's role extends beyond mere transactions, as he provides strategic leasing guidance to clients, aiding them in achieving their goals.
With a career spanning over two decades, Kevin possesses an intimate knowledge of the Austin office market. He initiated his real estate journey in 1998 as the Director of Research at Cushman & Wakefield | Oxford Commercial. This experience (as Director of Research) allows him to offer valuable insights to his clients from a statistical and historical perspective. Transitioning to Brokerage in 2000 – Kevin quickly ascended from Associate to a Partner of the Firm in 2010. Recognizing his expertise and transaction history, JLL recruited Kevin in 2014 to establish and lead their Austin Agency Leasing team.
Having accomplished outstanding results throughout his career, Kevin has received several accolades for his exceptional performance. Kevin has been acknowledged at JLL as a Gold Achiever in 2016, 2017, and 2021, as well as a Top Gun in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022. These accolades demonstrate his dedication and effectiveness in delivering top-tier leasing services to his clients.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and has had industry involvement with numerous organizations including Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA), Loop 360 Transportation Steering Committee, and ULI as a Young Leader Mentor.
