Kevin is an accomplished Industrial specialist with close to three decades of experience in the industry. He partners with clients to deliver cost-reduction strategies positioning them to take optimum advantage of the market. His proactive, solution-centric approach coupled with high-quality, high-touch service enables him to maintain client relationships for decades. He specializes in tenant representation, acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial real estate for corporate end-users and owners.

Experience:

Kevin has assembled and negotiated a wide range of assignments during his career including build-to-suit projects, new leases, surplus property and land dispositions, new acquisitions, as well as corporate real estate and workplace strategies. Before joining Staubach, now JLL, Kevin spent 10 years with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) providing brokerage and corporate services to a wide range of clientele.
