Current Responsibilities
Kevin is a Senior Vice President in JLL's brokerage division in Washington, DC. focusing on tenant representation. He specializes in strategic planning, financial analysis and transaction structuring. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research, with a special emphasis on financial analysis and leading negotiations.
Experience
Prior to merging with JLL, Kevin was in tenant representation with The Staubach Company. He also spent several years with real estate developer NVR, Inc., where he was responsible for the acquisition of new development sites.
Recognition
Kevin has been recognized multiple times as a JLL top performer. In addition, he has been the recipient of JLL's Washington, D.C. Catalyst Award, Culture Award, and he has participated in the company Mentor-Protégé Program.

Education and Affiliations
Kevin is a graduate of UCLA, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree and was a member of the Director's Honor Roll, four-year letterman on the football team, and served on the Athletic Leadership Council. He earned his M.B.A. from the George Washington University. He has real estate licenses in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC.
