Description
Kevin is a Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He is primarily responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placement transactions throughout the United States. Kevin joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than five years in the commercial real estate and finance industry. He has been involved in over $2.5 billion debt and equity transactions on a broad range of commercial property types, including but not limited to: multifamily, industrial, office, and retail.
Prior to joining HFF’s Denver office in 2018, Kevin spent over 8 years at a Big Four accounting firm, EY. At EY, Kevin worked as an auditor for over 2 years, finishing his EY tenure as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services focusing on M&A for Real Estate clients. Kevin graduated from the University of San Diego with an Accounting degree that had an emphasis in Finance & Real Estate. In the State of Colorado, Kevin is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
