Current responsibilities:

Kent Cullins serves as the Head of Healthcare and Life Sciences for the Value and Risk Advisory business. In this role, he leads the sector-based team driving culture, growth, and technology to provide clients with exceptional resources and a best-in-class experience.

With Kent’s leadership, the Americas team conducts thousands of assignments across the United
States. Delivering a sector-led approach, the team has dedicated real property and going-concern advisors in hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, imaging centers, behavioral hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, labs, GMP/cGMP facilities, and others.

Experience:

Prior to joining JLL, Kent spent 5 years with Newmark, where he served as Senior Vice President for their valuation and advisory group, leading mixed-use and complex office assignments. He entered the real estate industry in 2007 and spent nearly a decade as a partner at Integra DFW for their North Texas real estate valuation group. During his career, Kent became one of the youngest designated MAIs in the appraisal profession by completing the comprehensive exam, interview, and demonstration report before the age of 30. Additionally, Kent has extensive experience in Argus Enterprise and has led training sessions all over the United States.

Education:

Kent earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing.
