Career Summary:
Kenny is a Director in the Tampa office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the United States. During the course of his career, Kenny has been involved in more than $3 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including sales, equity placements, recapitalizations, permanent financing, bridge financing, construction financing, and agency lending.
Kenny joined HFF in June 2017 after completing the University of Florida’s Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program.
