From tenant representation and market research to tailored marketing strategies, Kennedy’s attention to detail and financial analysis sets her apart in the industry. Experience
Kennedy’s commercial real estate journey began with an internship at JLL, where she gained valuable experience in office tenant representation. Prior to that, she worked in residential real estate at Maura Gamble Properties helping clients with leasing and purchasing transactions. Now, she’s a team member alongside Chad Baker, Matt Sanderson, Amanda Sanderson, and Lauren Stifflemire actively participating in various deals, benefiting from their guidance and mentorship.
