Current responsibilities:
Kendall Kerr is an advisor within JLL’s Healthcare and Life Sciences team. Kendall focuses on the execution of healthcare real estate leasing strategies across the greater Houston area. Her current responsibilities include property marketing, lease negotiations, tenant prospecting, and market research. She works on both the agency and tenant representation side of brokerage to support both landlords and physicians in their complex real estate transactions.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL fulltime, Kendall completed the summer internship program at JLL, where she gained valuable insight into market analysis, client management and deal cycles. She worked closely with the Healthcare team to understand the unique needs of landlords and medical clients. In this role, she assisted in the day-to-day development of tailored real estate strategies.
Education:
Kendall received her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
