Senior Vice President
Ken Demske is a Vice President in the Atlanta office of Jones Lang LaSalle and is responsible for multi-site conversion programs. Ken presently acts as Executive Oversight for numerous programs as well as Account Project Lead for Chick-fil-A. Ken acts as the customer liaison, provides supervision and guides vendors to meet team and customer objectives in the areas of site specific construction drawings, budgets, landlord approvals, permit approvals, construction and job closeout.
Ken has assembled teams and procedures to facilitate numerous construction and re-imaging programs. Successful projects range from new store concept roll-outs, site renovations, equipment replacement and brand conversion programs.
Years of experience
Ken has over 17 years of experience in marketing, project management and operations specific to multi-site programs. His experience has provided the opportunity to work with all phases of program conversion from design inception through construction completion and closeout.
Ken's recent experience includes construction renovations for clients such as Nextel International, Arby’s, Chick-fil-A, Audi and Dollar General. He has also recently led teams re-imaging over 500 Bank of America sites and 2,000 Sprint Nextel locations. In addition, he has directed international programs for Cisco and Scientific Atlanta. Each project required meeting with customers to understand unique needs, developing programs, setting budgets, designing and approving prototypes, completing site specific surveys and recommendations, landlord approvals, permits, construction/installation coordination and inspections.
As a team leader, Ken has selected and trained project managers, guided workflow, set milestones and objectives, established and implemented process controls and filtered all information back to the customer.
EducationKen received his Bachelor's degree in markeing with a minor in economics from the University of South Florida.
