Current responsibilities
Mr. Bodel is a Senior Managing Director in the Integrated Portfolio Services division of JLL. He has over 29 years experience advising corporate clients in strategic multi-market real estate planning and implementation. Ken currently manages the BioLife business where he is the primary point of contact managing a portfolio of over 130 properties (approximately 2.5 million square feet) that consists of offices, warehouse, laboratory and retail properties. Ken has been working with BioLife (previously Baxter Healthcare) since 2003.

Experience
Prior to joining the JLL, Mr. Bodel served as the Alliance Director for Trammell Crow's McDonald's account. His responsibilities included Transaction Management, Property Management and Idle Property Services. Prior to McDonald's, Ken was the Senior Transaction Manager for the American Express account with oversight of the transaction management services for Canada and the Western Half of the United States, a portfolio consisting of 330 properties that equated to 9 million square feet. Key aspects included monitoring the portfolio for strategic opportunities and developing all the process and procedures for the Transaction delivery model. Mr. Bodel also served as the Director of Corporate Real Estate for CB Richard Ellis' Madison Advisory Group from 1994 - 2000 where his responsibilities included transaction management for American Express, General Motors and the Eastman Kodak Company on a National basis. Over his tenure with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Bodel managed over 468 office and retail transactions totaling in excess of 8.5 million square feet.

Education and affiliations
Ken received a B.A. in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and management from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN.
Ken also serves as Treasurer on the Board of Bright Hope International.
