Current Responsibilities
Kelly Royle is an Associate with JLL’s Industrial team in Phoenix, Arizona specializing in representing landlords and tenants for all facets of industrial properties. Kelly has a particular focus on the West Valley. Kelly serves as an imperative member on the team in Phoenix and handles critical responsibilities related to representing both property owners and tenants. Kelly provides a unique advantage with her local market knowledge and strong support team to deliver quality solutions for her clients to succeed.
Experience
Kelly began her career in real estate as Project Executive for an industrial design-build construction company. She is a Business Development Professional who specializes in establishing and growing a brand and developing strategic partnerships.
Education and Affiliations
Kelly graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Valley Partnership and Urban Land Institute (ULI).
Kelly is passionate about philanthropy and is actively involved in NAIOP’s Developing Leaders as Chair of the Philanthropy Committee, volunteer at UMOM New Day Centers, and organizes blood drives for American Red Cross
