Kelly embarked on her professional journey in the field of corporate real estate in 2018, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize cost-efficiency. Having initially served as a Sales Coordinator and Researcher at Savills, Kelly has subsequently garnered invaluable experience and expertise before joining the Tenant Representation team at JLL in 2022. She possesses a meticulous approach and an acute understanding of corporate real estate dynamics , which enables her to provide comprehensive support and deliver her clients with tailored, cost-effective solutions.
Experience
Kelly has 4 years of experience in corporate real estate, including 3 years with Savills prior to joining JLL in the 2022. Kelly has experience with financial analysis and research prior to her role as a broker.
Education and Affiliations
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a notable concentration in Molecular and Cellular Biology, from Colorado College. In addition to her professional pursuits, Kelly currently serves on the Judi’s House Junior board, a philanthropic organization dedicated to providing support and resources for childhood bereavement in the Denver Metro Area. Furthermore, she donates her time and energy as a companion volunteer, attending the children’s therapy groups on a weekly basis.
