Kellie Hill has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with experience in Brokerage, Business Development, Director of Operations, Project Manager, Program Manager, Construction Superintendent, and CEO of a boutique consulting firm. She is currently the Senior Associate on the Southern California Healthcare Practice Group at Jones Lang LaSalle. She and her team have represented the largest Health Systems and Medical groups throughout Southern California and have advised these companies on over $500 million in transaction revenue. In her role as Senior Associate, Kellie is responsible for Business Development and completing real estate transactions alongside her team of 4 professionals. Through her diverse background in real estate and development, she is able to identify current obstacles in a very complex market and bring creative solutions that help save time and money. Previous to joining the Southern California Healthcare Practice Group, Kellie was the Sales Director for Greater Los Angeles and Orange County at CBRE. She was responsible for all sales activities throughout the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County regions. Her duties included pursuit identification and management, strategic development with multiple lines of business within CBRE to align with sales strategy, sales professional growth and training, technology roll-out, and change management.
Prior to joining CBRE, Kellie was Vice President of Project and Development services for Southern California for an international real estate firm and the CEO of a small boutique construction management firm. Her combined experience at both companies provided her with the experience to grow a firm with zero revenue to over $1 million in annualized profits per year. She has completed and overseen over $1 billion of construction projects in 45 states.
Kellie graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering. She is a member of CREW and currently serves on the Orange County Membership Committee, and is a past president of the San Diego Chapter (2013). Kellie is also sits on the 4Word Women Advisory Board and is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association.
