As part of JLL’s tenant representation group in Dallas, Kelley is responsible for representing both local and national corporate clients in facility and site acquisition and disposition. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy development and implementation, coordination and review of market research, and a special emphasis on financial analysis and leading lease review/negotiations. Kelley is well versed on leveraging the broad JLL platform for the benefit of our corporate clients.
Experience
With a background in building construction, Kelley brings a well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process that gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction. During his 31 years in the industry, he has successfully negotiated over 16 million square feet of transactions. Kelley has assisted clients with transactions in most every major U.S. market. In addition, Kelley has assisted clients with numerous international projects in such locations as London, Dusseldorf, Bangalore, Shanghai, Berlin, Sydney, Canada, and Mexico.
Education and Affiliations
Kelley graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction science. Throughout his three decades in real estate, he has received numerous awards and recognitions for his achievements and commitment to his clients and colleagues, including:
