Kellan is a Director in the Orange County office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. Kellan specializes in ground-up multifamily development capitalizations across Western and Central U.S. markets, placing joint venture equity, construction loans, and structured finance products for both private and institutional developers. He also places bridge financing for newly constructed apartment communities and advises on recapitalizations of existing apartment communities. Prior to JLL, he served as a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs Ayco, providing wealth management, tax, and restricted/performance stock advisory services to C-suites of multiple Fortune 500 companies.
