Through his career, Keith has specialized in tenant representation, delivering innovative result-driven solutions aligned with the occupancy needs of his diverse clients. His responsibilities include site selection, strategy development & implementation, lease negotiations, coordination and review of market research, and financial analysis. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process and Arizona real estate market gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into every transaction.
Keith has exclusively represented tenants with a focus on the areas of office tenant representation for lease & purchase, sublease disposition, site evaluation and consulting since 2004. He has been consistently recognized by JLL as one of the company’s Top Achievers for 10 years in a row.
Over the course of his career, Keith has earned the trust of a loyal clientele by providing intelligent, responsive, thoughtful, and creative client specific solutions.
Keith graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is involved in many local charities and organizations across the Valley. The proudest and most important role he plays is being a father to his children.
