Current responsibilities
Keith Lammersen specializes in tenant representation, delivering innovative results driven solutions aligned with the occupancy needs of his clients. His responsibilities include marketing, strategy implementation, coordination and review of market research with a special emphasis on financial analysis and leading lease review/negotiations. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process gives him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into a transaction.
Experience
Keith has exclusively represented tenants with a focus on the areas of acquisition, purchase, sublease disposition, site evaluation and consulting since 2004. He has been consistently recognized by JLL as one of the company’s Top Achievers for 11 years in a row.
Over the course of his career Keith has earned the trust of a loyal clientele by consistently providing intelligent, thoughtful, and creative client specific solutions.
Education and affiliations
Keith is a proud graduate of the University of Arizona and has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is involved in many local charities and is a member of numerous organizations across the Valley. The proudest and most important role he plays is being a husband and father to his two daughters and stepfather to his two step children.
