Ms. Reynolds assists JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group’s investment sales team by evaluating, structuring and closing hotel real estate transactions. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing a team of six Associates, developing pro forma financials and valuations using IRR, DCF and other various techniques; gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data; preparing presentations, offering memorandums and financial reports for clients; reviewing legal documents and other materials as part of the due diligence process; and strengthening client relationships.
