Current responsibilities:
Katie oversees Operations for all Americas Markets business lines. She partners with various leadership teams to translate business needs into tangible, operationally excellent solutions.
Katie works with the Markets business line, geography and operations leads to help drive and achieve cross-cutting strategic Markets priorities. She leads the effort to share resources and drive efficiency across JLL's Markets, Capital Markets and Work Dynamics businesses. Katie also partners with JLL's functional leaders to align priorities and coordinate quality execution of these for our businesses, clients and people.
With nearly 20 years of experience in human resources, Katie previously worked in HR roles at McDonald's before coming to JLL in 2008. A highly respected JLL leader, in 2019 Katie won JLL's prestigious lifetime achievement award, the Champion of Excellence Award, in recognition of her commitment to teamwork, ethics and excellence.
Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University.
