Katie is a Senior Vice President and co-leader of JLL’s Healthcare Solutions group in Phoenix. Focusing her attention on agency leasing, tenant representation and investment services. Katie works with healthcare systems, practice groups and medical building owners to help them meet their healthcare real estate and business goals. Katie has a strong background in asset management. Her experience with budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, tenant relationship management, and construction oversight has given her an “ownership” mentality, all while operating from a strong team platform.
Prior to joining JLL, Katie was a member of the CBRE Healthcare Services Group. Katie had joined CBRE from Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (HTA), where she was a Senior Vice President of Leasing for the publicly traded REIT based in Scottsdale, Arizona. In this role, Katie was directly responsible for the marketing and leasing of HTA’s 1 million square foot medical office building portfolio in Phoenix and oversaw the marketing and leasing of an additional 4.5 million square feet in the South/Southwest Region across eight states.
