Current Responsibilities:
Katie is an Associate within JLL Houston’s Industrial Services Group, focusing on tenant representation. As their real estate partner and advisor, she guides them through the complex real estate process so that they can uncover viable solutions to make the best real estate decisions for their business. These services include but are not limited to lease negotiations, building/site selection, and facility acquisitions/dispositions. Her guiding principles of respect, honesty, and consistency allow her to develop and nourish long-term client relationships.

Experience:
Before joining JLL as a full-time Associate, Katie worked part-time for Houston’s Industrial team while completing coursework for her Master’s degree at Texas A&M University in College Station. Katie is a Houston native and first interned with JLL in the Summer of 2022, working with the entire Industrial team.
