Current responsibilities 

Katelyn Drosnock serves as Executive Vice President under the National Industrial Sector Lead for JLL Valuation Advisory in the United States. In this role, she will assist in driving growth, enhancing the customer experience and providing value to clients. The JLL Industrial Sector for Valuation Advisory conducts assignments across a broad spectrum of property types, including manufacturing, warehouse/distribution centers, cold storage, food/beverage processing facilities, truck terminals, R&D and life science, industrial yards, business parks, and airport-related facilities.

Katelyn specializes in appraisals, portfolio valuations, and market feasibility studies. She has experience with LIHTC, LERTA, Optional County Affordable Housing Funds (Act 137), HAP contracts, and other federal, state, and/or county-based tax incentives and tax abatement programs, as well as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan requirements and PHFA Tax Credit/PennHOMES applications.

Experience

Before joining JLL, Katelyn was the Managing Director of Bowery Valuation’s Pennsylvania office for two years. She previously worked for Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory group focusing on industrial and logistics development since 2017, when the firm acquired six affiliate offices of Integra Realty Resources. She started with Integra in 2014. Katelyn’s clients have included life insurance companies and pension fund advisors; banks, mortgage lenders and other financial institutions; real estate developers and investors; law firms; businesses; and government agencies. She has assisted them with, or performed on their behalf, valuations for tax appeals, condemnation purposes, financing, equity participation and due diligence support.
