Current responsibilities:
Kate Roush is an associate working in JLL’s New York Leasing Brokerage group. She represents both landlords and tenants within the New York Tri-state Region.
Experience:
Kate joined JLL in 2021 and works with one of the largest brokerage teams representing over 40 million square feet of agency space and, on average, completing over 2.5 million square feet of tenant representation transactions annually.
Prior to joining JLL, Kate worked in ad sales for The Walt Disney Company where she was responsible for managing and growing the reach of commercial clients across the company’s linear properties.

Education and affiliations:
Kate graduated from the University of Michigan in 2019 with a bachelor of the arts degree in communications and a minor in digital studies.
Kate is actively involved with several non-profit organizations and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New York.
